My printer, HP Deskjet Ink Adavantage 2010 keeps on printing the same page over and over again. I really don't know what's happening. I tried everything. What should I do?

Hi,
From the Desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R. Into the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter. Browse down to the print spooler service, right click it and select Properties then click on the Stop button. Now browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS and delete the job inside this folder - You may need to click a prompt to gain the appropriate authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
Restart the computer and you should find the document has been removed.

Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right-click your printer, select "Printer Properties"
Select the "Ports" tab
Near the bottom there is a checkbox "Enable bidirectional support". If it is ticked, un-tick it.
Click "OK"
Back on the Devices and Printers control panel page, click your printer.
At the top, click "See what's printing"
If there are any documents listed, right-click and remove/cancel them.

Hello
I have the same problem. Did you ever get a solution for this. I have a laserjet4 plus printer and inserted more memory to the printer. It prints the first page continuously . I am using a IMac with el capitan
