Sprocket

Hello - I just got my HP Sprocket.  Used it a few times and now I cannot get it to turn on.  I tried charging it and the light is green, yet it will still now power on.  I have tried resetting it and everything.  Please help!

@jsk80, welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that your HP Sprocket does not power on.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: http://hp.care/2gmcRfs

If  the issue still persists, then I request you to contact HP Phone Support at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.

Hello,

I'm having the same issue. Our printer will not turn on at all. I've charged it, and held the reset button for 3 seconds with a pin. The power light never comes on.

Thanks

Same with me.
seems its a big problem that HP refuses to admit and recall all Sprockets.

what is the point of a product that does not work?

I bought it as a birthday present and now i have to send it back. There no joy anymore.

Yes, I did try it, but IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to reset something thad DOES NOT TURN ON AT ALL.
Please, stop dodging the issue and give a solution. I am not the first to have exactly the same problem.

I completely agree. Mine still doesn't turn on and it was after the return date so I'm stuck with something that doesn't work at all. I'm sorry you are having the same issue.

Thanks for the reply and trying the suggested step. Request you contact our phone support for any service options available as it is a hardware issue.

Thanks for nothing. So far, HP has only sent me from Twitter, to online form, now you are sendim me to Phone Support.

next time i'll just buy a chineese printer on bangood. A least they are cheap and have a working customer service instead of playing ping-pong with their clients.
