I do not remember the password to access my HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401n printer. In fact I do not remember setting one up! But then I am an old man The menus have all been disabled on the LCD. The instuctions in the manual do not work since the menus are disabled.
Restore the factory-set defaults (LCD control panel)
1. On the product control panel, press the OK button to open the menus.
2. Open the following menus:
-Service
-Restore Defaults
The product automatically restarts.
Please advise.
Thanks in advance

Hello BrotherRock,
I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure, I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums, since this is a commercial product. You can click here for the link.

I do not know what you mean by "commercial" . I bought this printer for my personal use. I am not a commercial enterprise by any stretch of the imagination.
