I am soooooooo F_____ing pissed!
What is the problem with your printers that everyone has the Same question!!! On the test report the SSID FAILED!!! There is no way for me to change the SSID name! what in the F_____k is wrong with this printer? I have spent hours on this problem and am ready to throw it in the TRASH! ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS JOKER OR I SWEAR THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE WILL BE THROWN IN MY TRASH BIN AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER HUNK OF JUNK LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!

Hello Julie15,
SSID refers to you network name ( wireless router ).
If you want to change the SSID, you may have to call you Internet Service Provider.
The SSID ( wireless network name ) at times can be hidden or encrypted.
The printer would connect to a SSID, your wireless network.

I see you want to change the SSID connection on your printer to connect to your router.
You need to read and follow the User Guide here.
You will need a Printer USB cable to transfer the settings to your printer. Page 32 has the instructions. You will need to rerun the setup from the CD. If no CD you can download the Full Featured software and drivers from the same site above.
If your router supports WPS this is another way to connect. Page 31 has this information.
