Hello: I read what was happening to someones printer, and i have a similar problem. I also have the HP D110a wireless printer, and I did put in the correct address, and it said it was correct, and said push ok so i did. Then it said it was invalaid, and i know it was the correct one. It does not want to take the correct address. I cannot seem to get the air print to work, and the last one did it right the first time. Can you tell me what is going on with it? Everything is correct. I have the correct address, however my iphone will not find it.  Can you please help?? I have racked my head for a month to put the address in, and it wants to work, but it just has a problem for some reason. I need my air print printer. It should work wireless with my iphone. It would help to get it to work so i can empty my iphone from the pictures i have on it. I hope to hear from you soon. thanks.

I got to step 6 in adding the printer, and when I typed the IP address I still received the "Additional Port Information Required" screen.  I have been trying to connect this printer (HP Photosmart D110a) for hours.  I am on a wireless school network so I do not have any control over the router or network settings.  I run Windows Vista.

Aha, since you are on a school network, they will likely not allow communication between devices for security reasons.  Contact your school's IT or network admin.

Download and install the latest software for your printer from the "Support & Drivers" link at the top of this page.

Hi PrintDoc I too am having a problem printing wirelessly.
My printer is properly connected and has the green check mark. When I look at the printer's IP address, it also says it's ready and connected. However, when I try to print from Word Document, Notepad, Adobe, internet, etc, the document always fails to print. I know the printer still works because it copies and scans normally. Is the problem with connectivity? Even though it says it's ready to print?

Thanks!!! This printer worked at my last apartment and since I've moved it stopped working

Don't want this printer to go to waste!!
