Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums. Can you try the following:

Please Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR) tool to diagnose and fix your problem

http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Nav?h_pagetype=s-926&h_lang=en&h_client=s-h-e016-1&h_keyword=dg-PDU

Hope that helps.

Hello,

Please try these:

1.  Restart your printer  and you can run this "HP Print and Scan Doctor" tool to diagnose and resolve your printer problems. You can download from HP Print and Scan Doctor .

2.  Check your network connection.  Examples:

Wireless network connection: On the printer, please make sure you turn on the Wireless network and under Settings menu to make sure the wireless signal is turned on and signal is strong.

Ethernet connection: Please make sure your LAN cable is connected to the printer Ethernet port and to an available port on the router. The green link light will be on if they are connected successfully.

3) Uninstall HP software and reinstall HP software.

4) You also can check via 'Control Panel' > 'Hardware and Sound' -> 'Devices and Printers' -> under 'Printers and Faxes'. There will  be a green tick being marked at your printer if it connected successfully.

Please let me know if this helps you.

Thank you
Please click the “Kudos Thumbs up” on at the bottom button to show Thank you, and “Accept as solution” if this helps you to solve the problem.
