Product: HP Deskjet 3070A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

 

Printer was working fine - but black ink running out. Replaced black cartridge with new HP one (verified as uch by the printer). Black ink no longer working.

Have followed the cleaning process on the printer.

What is wrong. thank you
