Have jiofi.  No WPS button on router.  Unable to connect to printer though I tried all topics through HP Smart app.  Jio could not resolve and told me to buy a LAN cable!

@KPN60, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you do not have a WPS button on the router. The printer may or may not work on a Hotspot connection.

It has to be connected to a personal router.

You may use a USB cable between the printer and the PC and then convert it to wireless.

Follow the steps from this document - Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection

If you do not have a personal router, use the wifi-direct option to print

Refer to - HP printer setup (Wi-Fi Direct)

Note: There will be no internet connection on the computer while using this option.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
