Product: HP ENVY 7640
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan
I am trying to print a document from the internet. I can view the document in Preview and it is (correctly) displayed in color. When I print, the page comes out in B&W. I tried again: I selected B&W as an option and could see the document displayed as B&W. I un-selected B&W; the document reverted to color; and the printer still printed in B&W. I can find no other options. If I Copy, the printer copies in color. This is a new printer. I am using a MacBook Pro. Help!!
