Office Jet Pro 8600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My mom has a HP Office Jet Pro 8600 that connects to her computer via wi-fi.

Recently she started to have problems with the power button. No matter how long you press the power button, it does not turn off. The touch screen also does not turn on.

I ran the support software which said the computer is not detecting the printer and since it is connected via wi-fi to re-set the modem and the printer. I did that and nothing changed.

I did notice that when I unplugged the power source for the printer that the power button went off. As soon as I plugged in the power, the power button turned on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
