I got an error message 0xc 19a003 on my Officejet 4620 "problem with the printer or ink system"  Is this fatal?

Hello @Sactonotkid , and welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!

I see you're running into ink system issues.  I would like to help!

I would recommend removing the ink cartridges, and performing a power reset.  Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar.

I would also recommend following this document on A 'There is a problem with the printer or ink system' Message Displays on the Control Panel.

Good luck and please let me know the results of your troubleshooting steps. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums!

I followed your advice as well as the advice in the document you linked to.  My printer then printed one page perfectly and then started giving me the error message again.  Why would it print one page well and then act up again?

Hi Cyndiloo , and welcome!

I see you're having issues with your printer output!

I would love to try and help you, but I do need a little information first. I am linking a few HP Support documents below that will show you how to find which operating system you are using. Also, if you're using Windows, please include whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit.

Mac OS X: How Do I Find Which Mac OS X Version Is on My Computer?
Which Windows operating system am I running?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?

Please keep me posted!
