Hello, @question2017

Since I was able to download the software without any issues, it might be possible that the issue could be with the browser. Try resetting the browser to try and check. Here are the steps:

To reset the Internet explorer:

  1. Press the “Windows key” + “R” to get the “Run” window.
  2. Type “inetcpl.cpl” and press ok to get the internet explorer properties.
  3. Go to “Advanced” tab and select “Reset” option to completely reset the internet explorer.
  4. Now open the internet explorer and try playing games.

To reset Chrome:

  1. At the top right, click More (Three horizontal dots) and then Settings.
  2. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
  3. Under the section "Reset settings,” click Reset settings.
  4. In the box that appears, click Reset.

Once done, try downloading the drivers and install again. Click on http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software11/COL30951/mp-76831-1/AIO_CDB_Net_Full_Win_WW_130_141.exe to download and install the printer drivers.

If the issue persists, try downloading some other software and check if that's working.

I Hope that helps! Let me know!

Cheers 🙂

Do you have any instructions for resetting Firefox browser ??

Hello, @question2017

Try installing the Windows built-in drivers for the printer.

Simply turn on the printer and connect the USB cable from the printer to the PC. The drivers will be installed in 2-3 minutes. Go to Control panel - Devices and printers to check the printer entry and make it as default printer if needed.

Check http://hp.care/2nxKJv8 for additional instructions.

Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!

Good luck 🙂
