Most likely the power supply has gone out. If the green light on the black box in the middle of the printer's power cord does not turn on, then that's what's happened. You can purchase a new one through tech support, but before you do that, follow the steps here to try and fix it. If the green light is comming on, then the printer itself might be fried. You can try the same document, but if it doesn't work, the printer's done.
