Hi,
I just purchased new ink cartridges to double check my issue, and it seems like i'm still experiencing it. My printer only prints black and yellow. It won't print anything blue or red. PLEASE help. I have a huge project I need to complete.

Thank you Lions!
I've been trying the clean printhead solution, as I see this is the steps given for my problem. I've done it several times, as suggested... so many times that my brand new yellow ink cartridge is being shown as low now. It definitely improved a bit, but it still isn't at even decent quality. The Blue only prints 2 lines on the test page. I do have warranty, but I don't know how to proceed.
Thank you so much for your help!
