I often have to print the back of a single sheet and it's a pain pulling out the tray to load one piece of paper. This was a cinch on a printer that had a vertical tray on the back. Is there no manual feed on the 8610???

Hello @Slycat!

Thank you for posting on the HP Forums today!

From what I gather by your question, you are printing on the back side of a single document, but does the document already have print on the other side?

If so then yes you will have to pull out the try and put that document print side up.  The printer only has an input try for printing on the front of the machine and does not have a top feeder designed for printing.  You will have to pull out the try to put in a single page manually.

If your document has no print on the other side then you can use the two sided printing option within the HP software. Please follow the document for Printing on Both Sides of the Paper (Duplexing) for HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer Serie...

I hope i was able to provide some help regarding your concern. please post back and let me know how it goes!

Further searching may provide the answer, but in the meantime, I would like to print on a sheet of paper that is larger that legal size.  In fact, we may be talking about a 6 foot banner.

I'll find the paper somewhere, but once I do, I need a way to feed it into the printer.
