HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-all-in

In Oct of 15, a 6830 All-in-one printer,  that was 10 months old, had a Print head error and so it was replaced with a refurbished unit.  The printer is used minimully mainly for color prints as there is a main printer that we use for everything else here in our office.  Now, the refurbished printer, which is 5 months out of warranty is giving the same error code:   Oxc 19a 0023 - Print Head Problem.

I have tried to go thru the same process I went thru last time but because it is out of warranty, it is directing me to "tweet" which I don't do.  I have tried the turning off, disconnecting, taking out the ink cartridges, reconnecting and turning back on--- all to no avale.  Is there any recourse short of purchasing a new printer?
