Try to print from the menu on the printer. If still blank pages, you will need to remove the top cover to check on the linkage of the shutter of the laser/scanner which is probably broken. If it still prints blank pages from the menu and the shutter is functioning ok, then the issue is probably the formatter. Odds are the shutter mech is not working.

try printing a Engine test page :

Remove the right cover and locate a small hole below the fan. Use a pointed object and press the button/switch and it should print an Engine test.

if it prints a page with lines then we shld chk/replace the Formatter.

Other information that would be helpful is what OS do you have and is it all pages are blank or just a few here and there?  There may be a problem with the hardware or it may be print driver related.

When troubleshooting blank pages, this problem could be caused by different reasons or parts. Some parts involved include the toner cartridge, high voltage contacts, High Voltage Power Supply (HVPS), formatter, laser scanner and others such as drivers. Since this issue could involve many parts, it is important to know how to isolate the problem by following the troubleshooting outlined below. Perform an engine test: If Engine test came out ok, good engine test. This means that something is wrong with the formatter since this tests the laser scanner, the toner, HVPS and other parts in the image formation process. Reseat all the connectors in the formatter. Update the firmware to the latest version. If issue persists, replace formatter.
