Product: PHOTOSMART 6520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a photosmart 6520 which the black ink stopped working.  I have windows 10 not sure if it is 32 or 64 bit.  I tried all the suggestions from the HP website and none of them fixed the problem,  Any suggestions greatly appreciated since I just replaced all four cartridges .  Thanks!

Search for more if needed.  If no joy your printer is toast.
