Product: OFFICEJET 4630

I am trying to print an invitation (5.5 x 8).  The printer prints on plain paper, however, it does not print on the invitation.   It picks up the invitation, sounds like it is printer (but is not), then stops leaving the paper jammed.  HELP!

What is the paper weight?
