Product: DESKJET 3050A J611 SERIES
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY PRINTER WORKS FINE EXCEPT WHEN I TRY TO PRINT EXCEL FILES. WORD FILES ARE OK AS ARE ANY OTHER FILES. NO ERROR MESSAGES. NO PRINT QUEUES. EXCEL FILE PRINTING WAS OK LAST WEEK. AS FAR AS I KNOW THERE HAVE BEEN NO RELEVANT CHANGES RECENTLY TO SETTINGS OR SOFTWARE.

 

EXTRA INFORMATION: THE EXCEL FILES ARE CREATED ON MY PC AND THE PRINTER IS HARD WIRED TO THE PC. WHEN I SEND THE EXCEL FILE TO MY IPAD AND THEN PRINT FROM IT BY WIFI THE PRINTING IS OK. ???????????

In order to isolate the issue, you may install the basic drivers from the link: Basic Driver

I uninstalled the current printer software and then reinstalled it.

Then I set up the printer to communictae wirelessly with my PC and now the excel files print on my deskjet. So thankyou my problem is solved.
