My PSC 2110 still worked great with Windows XP until this week.  I am unable to download the driver from HP due to my out-dated operating system.  Would you consider sharing your driver?

@RhondaR

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand you need help obtaining the WinXP drivers for your HP PSC 2110,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Did you attempt to install the driver using the CD sent along with your printer?

Did you check the HP Website for the drivers?

As you know the WinXP is obsolete and no longer supported by Microsoft or HP,

I can provide only the basic support regarding your concern, that said, here's a link to download the driver compatible with the windows XP operating system: Click here

For updates, patches and other tools for WinXP: Click here

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.

I am unable to install the driver from the CD, as same was lost during moving.

I did check the HP website for a driver, but none were available for Windows XP.

I attempted to access the link you provided in your email.  The download failed and I received a message stating "the file cannot be accessed by your system".

Thank you for your efforts.

Hi Rhonda,

I'll take it from here as @Riddle_Decipher is out of the office today. I read that the printer worked fine until a while ago and then stopped working. Then the link sent did not open on your PC.

Not to worry, I 'll do my best to help you. I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Do you receive any error messages?
  • Is there enough ink?
  • Does the printer make a copy?

I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

  • Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. This is a free tool for Windows to help resolve printer driver problems.
  • For some reason, the printer does not print. then you may try installing the drivers for Win XP from this link. I have personally verified this link.

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Let me know what happens. All the best! 🙂
