I see that you are getting a Paper Jam error message on your HP OfficeJet printer. I'll be really glad to help you with this,

Please follow the steps suggested in the support document for - A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays for HP Officejet 6500 (E709), J6400, and J6424 All-in-One Printer Series - Click here

If the issue persists, I would suggest you perform a Hard reset on the printer and make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.

* With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

* Remove USB cable, if present.

* Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.

* Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.

* Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

If the issue persists, I would suggest this could be an issue with the printer hardware. I would recommend you contact our HP phone support for available service options. Please fill in the product details to get the tech support number.

It is a golden/yellowish brush strip. It also has a sticky side, that side has like rainbow colors and some dots like might be some sensors. Can anyone please help me figure out how to put that back in my inkjet printer J6480? Thank u!
