Product: HP officejet pro x576dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello; 

 

In our company I've installed 6 HP offijet pro x476 and x576 which are working over network but I'll go crazy due to connectivity issues. Simply all the machines are going offline at random time intervals.

 

Current solution is simply to add a new printer removing the old one.

 

Also IP is still the same which is also static. Every single computer and every HP printer have those same issues.

 

Any ideas?

Having the printers going offline would be frustraiting.  

Have you tried setting the port in the computers printer driver?

 

It would be helpful to know what operating system you computers are running and if the printers are connected wirelessly or with ethernet.
