Product: Hp Envy 5660

I recently purchased an HP Envy printer/scanner.  It prints documents and photos on document paper fine but photos printed on photo paper come out wet and blurry. I have tried both glossy and soft glass paper and it happens with both. I have been using HP premium plus photo paper which is supposed to work with all inkjet printers according to the box.

Most photo papers have only one good size for printing.
