laser jet 100 color mfp M175nw

Hi, although my printer states letter size paper is the default, it is forcing all photos and graphics to be printed on 4x6 size paper and requires the OK button to be pressed before proceeding.

 

I cannot find anywhere in the settings to set images to print on letter paper instead of 4x6". Please advise. thanks!

Hi,

What operating system are you printing from? from which application do you print the photo?

 

Please provide the info above as the steps varies for each and any envoirnment...

Sorry, printing from latest iOS devices this is an issue. Don't print from desktops. Thanks

OK.

While using the Photos app with AirPrint, 4 x 6 is the default size and that cannot be changed.

 

Use the HP ePrint app instead, from the Photos menu click Print for your picture, click the Edit button and within the Paper tab set the Paper Size as US Letter.
