Gary, can you please message me the secret instructions to get my scan to email working. I have tried everything you suggested and nothing works. Printer is connected online, just refuses to scan to email and says it is not connected. Thank you!

I too am having the exact same problems.  I have run through all of the tests to no avail.  I have changed those settings DNS settings.  I have installed the "scan to email" app.  All over apps work just fine.  That one will not nor does the traditional scan to email.  All wireless diagonstics check out fine.  Can you please direct message me that solution, please and thank you!!

Can you please send me an email on how to fix this same problem. I have tried possible solution mentioned for the past 4 hours and I am ready to throw this thing out of the window. Frustrated. I purchased this same printer for a family member and had everything setup in 30 minutes with no issues. This is a bit ridiculous!
