Once again I am back with another issue.  All functions seem to be working correctly except "scan to email".  It won't even attempt to scan the documents or run them through the feeder when you select the "scan to email" option.  I can wirelessly connect to my computer from the printer and scan that way, so I know it's not "broken".  Hope you can help!

Can I please get that direct message to help me out?  This is the second time i've been to this posting with the same issue!  It was remedied once before and now has happened again.  In my small office this is a huge pain in the rear for me to scan items direct to my computer (when it even recognizes my computer is there)  and then email out to staff.  Had this issued directly out of the box, should have sent it back at that time.  Please help Gary!
