Yes.  Tried everything you had suggested previously, including downloading the scan to email app.  None of them fixed the problem, as I am still unable to connect to Web Services.  Is there another fix you can send me?

Hi Guys,

The scan to email problem with the attachment not attaching should be resolved at this time.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi GaryTech1,

I tried it and it worked!  Wow! What happened? Did HP make a fix or update to their software?

Thank you so much for all your patience and help in resolving this scanning issue, GaryTech1. You've been amazing. Hopefully this fix will last for a while.

Thanks,

Hi blackteatime,

Where you able to try the steps above?

Hi Garytech1,

I tried scan / email on printer screen, and got the error... And all other parameters seem correct. Thank you.

Hi Garytech1,

One precision : I tried also all steps mentionned above in this forum and continue to get the error message.  The web services was already enabled, and other apps work fine.

Thanks for your help.
