ok, so I am having the exact same problem with my HP Photosmart 7520 printer.  "Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm Internet access and try again."  I have web access, just having a problem with scanning to email. I've powered down and check internet connections.  Everything is working fine.

 

Can you send me the fix to this problem?
