Thank You.  My printer has the problem and the caps look bad.

Replaced all 3 green capacitors with 25V ones.  Wasn't comfortable soldering myself so I took it to an repairman who did it for $30.00.  Capacitors were $.50 each for a grand total of $31.50 for the repair job.  I feel like I accomplished something.

I am having the same problem. I finally got it to stay on and reset my wireless, then when I was going to print something,  it started the whole recycling on/off again.  Anyone find a solution to this one?

Could you please tell me how to do the factory reset on this machine?

I have this same issue and have been able to correct it with both the #6 and #3 ideas I seen in this thread.  But then when I re-install the printer and go to print a test page, it reboots the printer and goes back to the same error and I am at square 1 again!!

Anybody have any other ideas to fully remidy this??

thanks!

Thank you for information about bad capacitors. I have replaced  C613 with 25V 330uF ($1.29, bought in Fry's). Printer works again! The picture shows my bad C613 capacitor. Bad C613 capacitor

I went through the steps as stated and it will stay off longer but comes back on and loops again.
