I have been having problems for the past month with the ink cartridge stalling on my printer. Sometimes it resolves the problem itself--other times I've turned it on and off, unplugged it, removed and reinstalled all the cartidges, etc. I have no idea what makes it stall or start up again. Today however, it says "Ink System Failure" with Error Code Oxc18a0001. I followed all the instructions online to no avail. I called but got no help--the person wanted me to buy another printer. Does anyone have any suggestions to get this printer running?

I understand you are seeing an error code and message saying “Ink System Failure” on your Photosmart C6280. I understand you have tried some troubleshooting and the issue persists.
