Photosmart Plus B210e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Recently I got a pack of fresh ink cartridges for my B210e;
http://www.ebay.com/p/HP-D8J62BN-564XL-Color-Photo-Ink-Cartridge-Combo-Pack/1711741919

Problem is, I could not for the life of me get the black cartridge to insert into the slot, and upon further inspection, the tip of the connector on the cartridge was an inverted T, and the slot on the printer was an upright T. Is this a manufacturing error by HP or something? Because from where I come from, these things are a pain to order. Hopig for any insights on this.

As I understand you need assistance with replacing an ink cartridge on your HP Photosmart Plus B210e printer,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Have you ensured the cartridges you've received are genuine HP products?

Considering it's not ordered from HP, here's what you should know:

You could visit HP SureSupply to check ink or toner cartridge compatibility or purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies.

  1. Go to HP SureSupply.

  2. If necessary, select your country/region.

    Figure : Country/region selector

    Selecting your country/region
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to order new supplies or check cartridge compatibility with your printer.

You can also purchase genuine HP cartridges and supplies from other retailers.
