Please Include Puerto Rico on the Instant Ink Program

It is 2017 and Puerto Rico is still not included in the list. It is absurd  and illogical that we are not part of the list when you can ship the product here. Even if you have the billing address of your credit card of Puerto Rico you can't participate. I  think this is a lack of respect to us, the customers. I am looking foward to communicate with someone that can really help. We use a lot of ink and is very expensive, we see the program as a help, specially the students.

Where is Instant Ink Available?

HP Instant Ink is currently available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and France. We’re planning on expanding, so keep checking back for updates on when HP Instant Ink will be available in other countries.

You may want to contact the HP Instant Ink Support team and let them know you are interested in having Instant Ink available in Puerto Rico.

I contacted HP Instant Ink customer support twice within months in between and they keep saying that they are planning to include PR. But the fact is that they are saying this since about 2 years ago... As Bob said, we all need to contact them by phone and let them know that we are interested in having Instant Ink available in Puerto Rico. Otherwise, they won't open a case and what we talk here will get us nowhere.
