The HP Print Service plug in for Android available on Google Play appears to install and open normally.
The Printer is an HP Officejet 7610 Wide Format wireless printer.
After making an address in Word (on the Android) and or Google Docs, attempts to print an A10 wirelessly from the phone
fail.
A10 is available in the printer plug un properties check box. Checked.
However, when using the actual print setup dialog......the dropdown menu to select the paper only shows letter and A4.
Tried selecting various combinations of sized "check marked" in the plug in properties dialog. could not get A10 to appear in the printer setup menu.
A10 was also selected in the Actual printer properties on the laptop.

Hello @ibjman,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you are having a hard time printing a A10 envelope from your Android device. I would like to help.
I could not find a reason for the software to reject the A10 size. I went another route and looked at the hardware instead.
You may find the following link handy . Printer Specifications for the HP Officejet 7610 and 7612 Wide Format e-All-in-One Series (H912)
I went through the list of supported paper sizes. The Officejet 7610 does not support size A10 envelopes.
The app supports the paper size. Since the printer does not it will not allow you to print with that size. This is not a happy answer, but it is a solution to the question: why can't you print in A10. Or a Kudos. I'll settle for a Kudos.
Hope this helps. If you need any additional assistance please let me know.

Forgive me for I entered the incorrect information in the original post.
I was asking about "A10" which was not correct.
The envelope that I should have been printing is "#10" which is a standard size American envelope.
I still had some difficulties but I did manage a print.
Any follow up help on Business size "#10" will be appreciated.
Thanks, Ibjman

OK, #10 should work. That's a bit odd. I hate doing this but, call our Cloud Services at 855-785-2777. If you live outside the US/Canada Region, please click the link below to get the support number for your region. http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
Hopefully they can re create the error. If not, I know they can remote into most Android devices and take a first hand look at the problem.
