Product: HP DesignJet XL 3600dr 36-in Multifunction Printer with PostScript/PDF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am now receiving message that print preview version is outdated.   I go to support and download the print preview .exe file.

When I open it, it starts the Install Shield Wizard, begins to extract then closes without installing anything.  Print Preview error HP Designjet XL3600.png

HP Print Preview 2.2201.0.158 was uploaded to my printer's support/ drivers and software page April 5.  Downloaded and installed. Problem solved.  A few weeks late but thank you, HP.
