HP OfficeJet Pro 8610
Windows 7

Last week I updated the HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 to a new OfficeJet Pro 8610 at my office. The printer is connected to the wired network with a static IP and 5 of the 7 computers in the office can print to it without any issues.

The other two computers can't print documents from any MS Office product, but they can print the following file types:

.png
.gif
.tif
.txt
.pdf

The printer will also print webpage content from Internet Explorer 11, but not from Firefox 34.0.5. It will print Excel spreadsheets, but only from Apache OpenOffice. OpenOffice will not print any Word documents. It won't print any format from MS WordPad.

Both computers experiencing issues are running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times. I also uninstalled all HP files and registries using Revo Uninstaller in case an old registry value was holding up the process.

I have tried the HP installation troubleshooter, the HP Print and Scan Doctor, HP Support Solutions Framework. I tried manually reinstalling all the drivers, I tried every Microsoft printing troubleshooter, disable firewalls and everything else I could think of.

Under "Ports" on "Printer Properties" I have installed it as both "HP network rediscovery monitor" and WSD port types with the same result. If I try to configure the port, I get error 0x0000007b.
