Hi @chihyi_ho,

I can provide you with a couple of workarounds to try. I am not sure why the language has to be set within the computer in order to print the A3 size.

Here is a document to manually create a custom paper size.

HP Printers - Creating Custom Paper Sizes.

Install a generic driver with the different features available.

On the computer, go to Start, Devices and Printers, select Add a Printer. Follow the steps, select HP and Deskjet 9800, Deskjet 450 or the Deskjet 990 from the list. When printing the A3 paper size, select this driver.

Hope this helps. Thank You.

I just saw other replies and try to set language is English. It works fine.

But customer isn't willing to change language, they need to see menu in  Traditional Chinese.

Due to high security, customer isn't able to windows update to get built-in driver metioned by you.

I am curiosity why language is Englihs  that OJ7110 can print A3 under Windows 7 enterprise traditional Chinese.

Is it driver issue?

Hi @LPHattingh,

Welcome back to the HP Support Forums! I understand that you don't want to have to change the language on the computer in order to print on the A3 paper size, which is understandable. I will try and help you out.

You could try using a generic driver, to see if it will allow you to print this size.

From the Startup screen, (tiles menu) type in Devices and Printers, select Settings, click on Devices and Printers,

click on Add a Printer. Run the wizard and from the list select the HP Officejet PCL3 Class driver.

Try printing the A3 paper size again.

Please let me know the results. Thank you.
