I recently bought a new Windows 10 computer. My printer, the HP Photosmart 7350, works great, but when I went online to find a driver, there were no Windows 10 drivers. Nor were there any Windows 8 or 8.1. I realized that HP probably stopped making drivers after Windows 7 since the printer is older. Any way to fix this? Thank you.

Hi @Justin_Real,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you're unable to use your HP Photosmart 7350 Printer in Windows 10. I would be happy to help you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.
Due to the age of the device HP has stopped making drivers for this printer. That being said, you could try using an alternate print driver, like the HP Photosmart 7260 or HP Photosmart 7400 etc. I can't guarantee the results, but you could give it a try.
Here's the list of Windows 10 Compatible Printers.
NOTE: If you already connected the printer to the computer with a USB cable and you can print, the driver installed. If you are having issues printing, continue with the following steps.
- Search Windows for devices, and click Devices and Printers in the list of results.
- Click Add a printer.
- If a 'Choose a device or printer to add to this PC' window opens, do one of the following actions:
- Select your printer if it displays in the list, click Next, follow the instructions to install the driver, and try to print.
- If Windows does not find your printer, click The printer I want isn't listed and continue to the next step.
Figure : Example of printers found in the Choose a device or printer to add window - Select the connection type or method to add the printer, click Next, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.
NOTE: If you selected the Add a local printer method, continue to the next step.
Example of the 'Find a printer by other options' windowExample of the 'What type of printer do you want to install?' window - Select Use an existing port (LPT1: Printer Port), and click Next.
- In the Install, the printer driver window, click Windows Update to update the list of available printer drivers.
- In the Manufacturer list, select HP.
- In the Printers list, select an alternate printer model such as HP Photosmart 7800 or HP Photosmart 8000, and click Next.
NOTE: If you do not see your printer model, change the Manufacturer name from HP to Hewlett-Packard or Hewlett Packard, and look for your printer model again.
Figure : Select your printer manufacturer and model name - On the Type, a printer name screen, change the printer name to HP Photosmart 7350 Printer (optional) and click Next to install the driver.
I hope this helps. Please respond to this post with the result of your troubleshooting. I look forward to hearing from you. Good Luck!
