Hello,
I am very annoyed having just bought a new printer from you (HP Officejet Pro 8616) to find out that it has a production design default in that it cannot print A5 paper very well. It will always get stuck in the printer and cause a jam. I have just tried to print 8 times onto A5 and each time it causes a jam. If you use A4 then no problem, but for our business we are required to use A5 on certain things.
If I use a much heavier weight paper (200gsm) then it seems OK, but on standard 80-100gsm then it always has this issue.
I do not think you can offer any fix as it is a design issue your side. But I need to vent my frustration somewhere in the hope that somethign comes of it...

Thanks for the reply.
No the issue is that the printer is not able to properly handle A5, especially the normal office paper quality of about 80g.
The printer is brand new so there is no issue with the rollers etc It is my belief a design flaw where the printer has issues feeding A5 through the rollers. It is an intermittent problem, but seems at its worst when printing slightly slower (better quality) than faster (economical).
Ayhow - will have to live with that.
