"Depleted cartridges must be replaced to resume printing"
Tried to update firmware it won't says printer is busy. Yes I'm upset and angry.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Officejet 8715 printer shows low on ink. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
- Reset the printer.
- Remove the ink cartridges.
- Clean the ink cartridges.
- Reseat the printhead up to three times.
Click here and refer the document to perform the above troubleshooting steps.
(Note: Though the title of the printer is different, these steps should fix the issue).
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.

I'm not a student as the profile states. I'm a business owner and previous builder of pc's too. Your solution didn't work. This printer is almost a year old. I haven't the time to do this everytime I change cartridges. Your selling junk and I'm going out to buy a Cannon.
Nice try.

Hello, @8715owner
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, this post has instructions.
