Each morning when I start up My iMac and want to print I get the following message. "Connect printer to update Hp instant vink Status.   This started a few day ago when I bought and installed a new iMac.

I click ok in the dialog box  on the printer and then the printer starts.

Is there a way to eleminat this?

Hi @DanMcCarter, I can help.

Based on your description it sounds like you're experiencing a connectivity issue. Please take a look at the following document for guidance and let me know the outcome of your efforts: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03775538 - 'Connect Printer to Update Status' Message Displays

Thanks,
