Printer only prints in color? light grey?

I have run the clean cartridge utility three times, on three different cartridges. I do not have another machine to check the cartridge on, but when I clean the cartridge manually (as instructed in the manual), it does seem to work.

The colors are now printing much better, though when I try to print something in dark grey (since the black does not work), it tends to be slightly bluish.

My HP Office Jet J4680 prints only in gray tone.

I have done EVERYTHING suggested everywhere, and STILL only get light gray instead of black!!!  The color is fine!!  What now?!  I am ready to purchase a new printer, I cant handle this!!  its a C310 all in one.,....HELP!!!!!
