Product: Officejet 6830
I received a printer as a graduation gift in 2015 and just opened it out of the box and it's saying that my print head doesn't work and I called customer support and they told me that I have to buy a new one that they will not replace it. Since it's been over a year but it's brand new. When I looked it up on the internet it said I could send it back and receive a new one.

So do I have to replace my whole printer or can I buy something to fix it?
