I have a brand new Photosmart 5520e All in One printer. My OS is Win 8 and I am printing via wireless connection.
This printer worked fine for 2 days. Nothing was changed with regard to the paper tray. Now it will not print posting an out of paper message.
I am able to print a status report that proves the paper is loaded correctly and the rollers do not require attention.
Does anyone have a real solution to this problem?
At this point I am still within my time period for returning this product and I am ready to do so and buy something that works and has some support.

I have done step 1 and got a test page printed but still not picking up paper for instruction to print from my laptop. I also have a document that has been 'deleting' printing instruction for a couple of days. So 2 problems:
1) Printer out of paper - but step 1 printed a test page and yet error is still showing
2) 'Deleting' document for print instruction
