You might take any steps not already done in the following link. Click Here I would recommend cleaning the rollers again and check your paper settings as described in Solution 4 in the link. Are you using standard copy paper?

Most of the time, the problem can be resolved by following a troubleshooting guide such as the one I linked for ZebedeeH. I can find one specific for your printer if you can give me the full name of your printer and the printer's Model # and / or Product #.
