Yesterday my printer randomly printed a paper congratulating me that my computer was now web-connected. Problem is, it is connected to my EX-HUSBAND'S email address which I of course have no access to. I can 't log in to this account because I do not have his password. (This is a printer we used to share). Can he see what I am printing? How can I change the email address?? Help!!!

Switch off Web Services on the front of the printer.

 

That breaks the connection.

 

If you want the printer re-connected to Web Services (presumably under a new email), see this document from the printer's Troubleshooting section:

Turning On Web Services

 

 

There are lots and lots of helpful documents; start at the printer's Homepage, including Drivers (printer software), How-to, Troublshooting, Specifications (Paper Handling), and more!

 

For example, check the list in How-to > Category: Printer Setup, Installation, and Updates > Subjects: Set up, Install & Connect Printer
