Thank you for your assistance to answer your questions: I did have a problem with it when I asked to print it would come up SAVE. I turned off the printer and unpluged it and then pluged it back in and that seemed to work. It says print now but won't print. But it will print a test page. I haven't done anything else with it.I haven't had any other problems with it! I was wondering if it might be the computer and not the printer? I'll be waiting for your answer.
