I have recently had problems printing 8.5x11 from my printer. Ever since I bought and installed a Dymo label writer the HP printing software only wants to print 4x6 no matter what paper I select. It doesn't even seem to hold the selected paper when I try to fix it. For example, when printing from Acrobat Pro my documents are shown within the image preview on the print window with a red rectangle in the same of 4x6 in the middle of the document. My printer than prints that selected area in one corner of the 8.5x11 printer.

  • When you initiate the print in PDF page.
  • In the print window select “Fit” under page sizing & Handling options.
