HP Recommended

HP Photosmart 6510: Power button won't turn on, and the printer window has an error code 83C00020. There is a flashing green light uder the camera icon near the card readers. Running XP/sp3. Printer is 4 years old.

Try removing the cartridges and reseting the power to the printer. If the printer restarted to the same error code then it is possible that one of the parts in the printer has failed. If the printer asked for the cartridges to be installed then one of the cartridges is failing or the print head system itself is failing.
