Product: HP 6835

Hi-

My HP 6835 (which has been replaced once already) has a Printhead error.  I use only HP supplied ink through the Instant Ink service.  Of course, the printer fails right when I'm printing my taxes 🙂

HP Recommended

The printhead error will require a replacement printer.  If your printer was purchased less than two years ago HP should replace it without charge. See the document here for information.
